Meet Bethany

Hi, I'm Bethany Headrick. I started Tech Whiz so people in Sioux Falls can get tech help from a real, kind person, without feeling rushed or talked down to.

I grew up around technology, an advantage many older adults never had. Now I'm determined to help them keep up, and keep their important information safe.

My promise to you: Tech Whiz will never ask for your passwords over the phone, text, or email.

What if I'm not good with technology?

That's exactly who Tech Whiz is for. There are no silly questions. We go slowly, and you do the clicking so you really learn it.

Do I need to buy anything?

No. Bethany helps with the phone, tablet, or computer you already have. If something new would help, she'll explain why, and the choice is always yours.

A single visit is $99 for up to one hour. Monthly plans start at $85 a month. Homes more than 35 minutes from Sioux Falls have a small travel fee.

Can my son or daughter be there?

Yes! Family members are welcome at the visit, or they can join by phone.

Will you ask for my passwords?

Tech Whiz will never ask for your passwords over the phone, text, or email. If someone calls, texts, or emails asking for your password and says they're from Tech Whiz, it's a scam. Hang up and call us at (605) 610-8764.
