I started Tech Whiz because I noticed the world was moving too fast for our parents and grandparents to keep up.
New technology arrives every year, and so do new, clever ways for people to get what they want dishonestly. Scammers count on people not knowing the newest tricks.
I grew up around technology. It feels like second nature to me, but that's an advantage many older adults never had.
So I'm determined to help: to teach, to encourage, and to help people in Sioux Falls keep their important information safe, at their own pace and in their own home.
That includes the things that matter most, like keeping track of your photos so those memories are never lost. And I'll always take the time to help, even with the simplest things. No question is too small.
