What if I'm not good with technology?
That's exactly who Tech Whiz is for. There are no silly questions. We go slowly, and you do the clicking so you really learn it.
Do I need to buy anything?
No. Bethany helps with the phone, tablet, or computer you already have. If something new would help, she'll explain why, and the choice is always yours.
Can my son or daughter be there, or join by phone?
Yes! Family members are welcome at the visit, or they can join by phone or video call.
How do I cancel my monthly plan?
You can cancel anytime. There's no contract. You'll be able to cancel online, or just call (605) 610-8764 and we'll take care of it.
Is there a travel fee?
Not in Sioux Falls or towns within about 35 minutes. Farther towns have a $25 or $45 travel fee, and monthly members pay half. See the list of towns below.
Will you ask for my passwords?
Tech Whiz will never ask for your passwords over the phone, text, or email. During a visit, you type your own passwords. If anyone calls saying they're from Tech Whiz and asks for one, it's a scam.
